3. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the services or interfere with any other party's use of the services.

You agree to refrain from any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services, or which, as determined by Seampressing, may harm Seampressing or users of the services or expose them to liability. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Transmitting any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services or any other systems or networks connected to the services.

4. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy, you are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  • Using the services to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, junk mail, or any other form of solicitation.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the services or the servers and networks connected to the services.
  • Using any robot, spider, or other automatic devices, process, or means to access the services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the services.

5. Content Ownership

All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Seampressing or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business use only. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Seampressing.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise make available content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User-Generated Content. However, by submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Seampressing a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Seampressing to use your User-Generated Content as described in these Terms of Service. You agree that you will not submit any User-Generated Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Seampressing reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to the services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in the pricing section of the services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Seampressing.

Payment must be made using a valid payment method as specified during the registration process. You authorize Seampressing to charge your chosen payment method for the fees incurred. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services.

Prices for the services may change at any time, but such changes will not affect any fees already paid. We will provide notice of any price changes through the services or via email.

8. Service Modifications

Seampressing reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Seampressing will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

In the event of a material change to the services, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address associated with your account or through a notice on the services. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms of Service periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued use of the services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Seampressing, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Seampressing’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The limitations set forth in this section shall apply regardless of whether the liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory of liability, even if Seampressing has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

10. Termination

These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either you or Seampressing. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Seampressing may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to any refunds of fees paid, and you will remain liable for any fees incurred prior to the termination date.
